We now have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Contract Manager to lead our Client Repairs Team, where you will provide leadership and manage services within the Client Repairs Team around Legal Disrepairs, project managing the repairing of fire damaged properties, technical inspections, and management of the Repairs strategy and budgets.
We’re looking for a strong leader and confident individual, with a proven track record of managing a technical team. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the legal disrepair processes, obligations under CDM for project management and other Housing legislation including HHSRS. You will be responsible for the strategy, guidance and associated budgets for the repairs service area including void management.
