Bid Executive – Hospitality Interior Design

A globally recognised hospitality design studio is looking for a Bid Executive to join its London team. Known for creating exceptional luxury hotel, resort and hospitality interiors around the world, the studio is now hiring its first dedicated bids professional to support the continued growth of its London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their bids career who wants to take real ownership of the bid process within a design-led environment. Working closely with senior designers and leadership, you’ll help shape proposals, presentations and tender responses for major international hospitality projects.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative studio culture where design quality and storytelling sit at the centre of everything they do.
The Role
You’ll support the team in preparing high-quality bids and proposals, helping translate the studio’s design expertise into clear and compelling submissions.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the preparation of tender submissions, RFP responses and proposals
- Coordinating information across design teams, leadership and marketing
- Writing and editing bid responses, case studies and capability statements
- Assisting with the creation of presentation decks and bid documents
- Managing bid timelines, trackers and submission deadlines
- Helping maintain the studio’s bid library and project credentials
- Supporting the development of bid strategy and content over time
As the first bids hire , there is genuine scope to help shape how the studio approaches bids and proposals going forward.
About You
- 1–3 years’ experience in bids, proposals or marketing within architecture, interiors, or the built environment
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple deadlines and projects
- Experience with InDesign, PowerPoint or similar presentation tools is helpful
- A proactive mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders

- 4 days per week in the studio
- 1 day flexible / remote
£35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
