On-Site Fit-Out QS – CAT A/B, Birmingham (Leeds travel)

Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a FIT OUT Quantity Surveyor for a full‑time position based in Birmingham, with occasional travel to Leeds (roughly every fortnight) to support a CAT A commercial fit‑out project.

The role covers day‑to‑day commercial management from subcontract procurement through to final account, reporting to the Commercial Lead and collaborating with the Operations Director and Project Manager to ensure delivery within budget.
