Latest Deals is one of the UK’s largest deal-sharing communities, with over 3 million members. We help millions of people save money every day through deals, discounts, and exclusive offers across our website, email, app, and social channels.

We are now looking for a commercially driven head of partnerships to take ownership across affiliate and sponsored channels. You’ll also manage and support a junior sales executive, while continuing to close deals yourself.

This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role. You’ll be responsible for growing existing relationships, finding new opportunities, and unlocking more value from a large, highly engaged audience with the potential for uncapped commission. 

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Revenue Growth

  • Manage and grow relationships with key retailers and affiliate networks
  • Negotiate improved commission rates and commercial terms
  • Identify opportunities to increase EPC, conversion rates, and overall revenue
  • Drive measurable revenue growth across affiliate partnerships
  • Work closely with content and product teams to improve monetisation (placement, UX, tracking)

Sponsored Campaigns & Commercial Sales

  • Develop and sell sponsored advertising opportunities
  • Create commercial packages across the website, email, and social channels
  • Pitch directly to brands and agencies
  • Manage campaigns from sale through to delivery

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Manage and support members of the partnerships/commercial team
  • Set clear KPIs, revenue targets and processes
  • Monitor performance and drive accountability
  • Introduce structure and best practices across the team

Strategy & Growth Opportunities

  • Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
  • Support pricing strategy and yield optimisation
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Provide insights to improve overall commercial performance

Analytics & Performance

  • Track affiliate performance across retailers and categories
  • Analyse campaign ROI for sponsors
  • Work with tracking tools (affiliate platforms, GA, etc.)
  • Provide clear reporting and growth forecasts to founders/leadership

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or media sales (at least 2 years)
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on results
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members (preferred)

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with affiliate networks (e.g. Awin, CJ, Impact)
  • Existing relationships with UK retailers or agencies
  • Experience in deal, voucher, or savings platforms
  • Understanding of SEO/content monetisation
