UK Lead – Sales & Marketing

A growing specialist asset manager is seeking a senior hire to lead UK & Ireland sales, client development, and marketing. This is a high-impact role focused on driving AUM growth, building strong investor relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising across institutional, wholesale and intermediary channels
• Win new clients and grow existing relationships
• Deliver roadshows, client meetings, and industry events
• Lead pitches and RFP processes
• Support marketing and translate investment insights into client messaging

About You

• 8+ years in asset management sales/distribution
• Proven UK fundraising track record
• Strong institutional/wholesale network
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• IMC (or equivalent) preferred
