Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnered exclusively with one of the worlds’ leading diversified Asset Managers with offices across the globe. This is a new seat, complementing the Head of EMEA HR with clear runway for progression, development and full strategic exposure to C-Suite.

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR leader to join a highly collaborative HR team supporting a dynamic and fast-paced business. This is a senior, visible role where you’ll partner closely with leadership, influence people strategy, and help shape an environment that values challenge, continuous improvement, and fresh thinking.

You’ll operate across the full employee lifecycle and must be comfortable with lean teams; acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading key talent processes, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, is comfortable with complexity, and enjoys working in a lean environment where autonomy and sound judgement are essential.

Key focus areas include:

  • Advising senior leaders on people and talent strategy across multiple business areas
  • Leading performance, talent, compensation and development processes
  • Driving high-quality day-to-day HR delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing complex employee relations matters with a pragmatic, commercial approach
  • Partnering across recruitment, learning, mobility, and benefits
  • Leading regulatory and strategic HR projects
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior team members

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have proven experience within Asset / Investment Management or a similar environment as a Senior HR Business Partner with over 10+ years’ experience and good tenure in roles
  • Strong track record operating in lean, high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting and partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to multiple European markets
  • Deep generalist HR expertise, with strong commercial judgement
  • Someone proactive, analytical, and confident challenging the status quo
