Senior Brand Manager – Nicorette UK

Reporting to: Marketing Manager – Nicorette UK & Ireland.

Location: Reading, Berkshire, UK (Hybrid working).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the NICORETTE brand across the UK and deliver excellent execution as per the new global operating model
  • Support the delivery of the in‑year full P&L and share targets and deploy the strategy driven by the NICORETTE BTF (Brand Task Force)
  • Deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Nicorette BTF (Brand Task Force)
  • Lead media planning and digital first initiatives across the UK, working with media partners to identify and implement media optimisations and test & learns
  • Collaborate with the Customer Development teams to address challenges and build opportunities that unlock share & category growth profitably with key retail partners
  • Shape retail‑ready plans (+1 year) and present to key retail partners
  • Use analytical skills to shape and size Commercial and Innovation opportunities
  • Have a deep understanding of consumer insights to influence and shape initiatives and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver excellent end‑to‑end execution
  • Support launch of strategically important NPD and ensure flawless execution
  • Lead management and reporting of Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME)
  • Develop and coach a direct report

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Marketing experience in a local market with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation
  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment
  • People management experience is beneficial, responsible for coaching and developing talent
  • Experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data‑driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development and BME management
