Natural Fit is a premium health and wellness club combining gym, classes, spa, café, lounge and padel into one seamless environment.Members exercise, recover and spend time in the club across multiple areas, often within the same visit. This creates a dynamic, fast-moving environment where standards must be maintained consistently across all departments.Our model is built on structured delivery, clear systems and high expectations of service, ensuring every member receives the same quality experience, regardless of when they visit.

The Role

You will be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of the club, maintaining standards across all departments.

  • Lead the team in real time across multiple areas
  • Identify issues early and take control
  • Maintain consistent delivery through clear direction and follow-through

Drive Personal Training and Café revenue through team performance, standards and member engagement.Contribute on the floor through PT, classes and tours, while maintaining oversight of the wider operation.

Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years managing teams of 10+ in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments and owning live shift operations
  • Consistent delivery across full-day operations
  • Coaching teams to improve PT sales, service quality and F&B performance
  • Level 3 PT (or equivalent), confident delivering sessions and leading classes
  • Track record improving PT and/or F&B revenue

The Working Pattern is 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week. Shifts cover the full operating day (06:30–21:30)
