Key Responsibilities

• Assist on a wide range of Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions for both lenders and sponsors
• Draft and negotiate key finance documents, including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, mezzanine documentation, and related materials
• Advise on financing across diverse real estate asset classes, including offices, residential, retail, hotels, and logistics
• Support the project management of transactions, working closely with partners, associates, and paralegals
• Collaborate with sector and specialist teams to deepen expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing.
