Salary: £90,000 – £95,000

A leading commercial building consultancy is seeking an accomplished Director of Project Management to lead a regional office. This senior appointment offers responsibility for driving business growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering top-tier services to clients in the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth, profitability, and reputation of the office
• Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Manage and deliver commercial real estate projects from inception to completion
• Lead client engagement, bids, and business development
• Champion values focused on building performance, sustainability, and well-being

Requirements:

• Significant experience in project management within the built environment
• Proven leadership of project teams and/or office operations
• Outstanding communication, client management, and networking skills
• Relevant professional chartership (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
• Track record in winning work and developing business

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: £90,000 – £95,000 (DOE)
