The Head of Product is responsible for the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across Revenue GPS Equities product within Aon. The role ensures our products are commercially compelling, methodologically robust, and scalable u2013 translating strategic direction into a coherent, prioritized product roadmap that supports growth across existing and new market segments.

This role spans cash equities analytics, potential derivatives expansion, and future product lines. It operates as a cross-functional role, working closely with Head of Data & Platform, Innovation & Analytics, and Commercial & Client Delivery.

What the day will look like

Product Strategy & Vision u2013 define and maintain a multi-year product vision, aligned to the groupu2019s commercial and strategic objectives. Translate expansion priorities into a structured product framework.

Roadmap Ownership u2013 own the prioritized product roadmap: what gets built or enhanced, in what order. Make and communicate sequencing decisions across functions and leadership.

Methodology Governance u2013 own product methodology at a senior level – setting standards, signing off on material changes, and ensuring consistency, quality, and defensibility across the portfolio. Partner with Data & Platform on implementation standards and work with Commercial & Client Delivery on methodology-related client queries.

Client Engagement – lead senior client relationships on product matters – including methodology discussions, product feedback, and roadmap communications.

Cross-functional Coordination u2013 act as connection between Data & Platform, Commercial & Client Delivery, and Innovation u2013 collating product input and taking into account technical feasibility and commercial implications.

Portfolio Development u2013 drive the evolution of existing products and the definition of new ones.

Proven experience in a senior product leadership role within financial data, analytics, or capital markets

Strong understanding of institutional equity markets including familiarity with derivatives

Track record of building and managing multi-product roadmaps
