Stock Condition Surveyor

Job Overview

1st Select is looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally and externally. Our client is a leading consultancy in the Stock Condition Surveying industry, covering Kingston Upon Thames, and we are seeking three (3) Stock Condition Surveyors for this programme.

This role is a 6‑month contract with the possibility of continuing work.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally and externally.
• Stock Condition Surveying experience.
• HHSRS experience.
