Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and results‑oriented Sales Executive to join Troy and the team at our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue by delivering a luxury sales experience and managing client interactions via phone, chat, email and video call.
As a Technogym Expert, you will consult with clients to deliver the best products and services for their needs. You will share our brand ethos, understand the client’s wellness goals, develop and present appropriate solutions, address concerns, close the sale (referring to the field or retail boutiques where appropriate) and ensure a personalised and luxury purchasing experience. You will handle all requests from new and/or existing customers and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
Your Impact
What you will do:
- Achieve and over‑achieve inside sales targets
- Deliver a premium level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach them and their consumers
- Manage inbound calls while creating proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities for either direct or indirect sales
- Schedule visits with your field sales colleagues where the customers‑needs are best placed within these areas
- Keep up‑to‑date as a product and solutions expert, being a credible Technogym Ambassador
- Maximise outbound call campaigns
- Manage and maintain ongoing opportunities to ensure the correct support for each order while keeping the wider business informed
- Collect and share adequate market feedback with relevant departments
- Manage and profile the CRM database to ensure information is accurate and up to date (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
- Oversee the process from order to installation and payment to ensure sound execution of the sale
- Provide customers with CAD visuals of their spaces and solutions (full training provided)
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You are a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills and strong teamwork. You are cool‑tempered and able to handle rejection.
What you should bring:
- Knowledge of the steps within the sales process – previous software sales experience highly desirable
- Previous experience selling into the corporate environment
