Sales Manager: You will be joining the world’s leading marketplace for connecting brands with flexible short-term retail space

Salary: Up to £50k base + £80k OTE Uncapped:

This role is built for a true player-manager.

You will be leading a team of inbound sales consultants whilst also owning a personal target and managing high-value inbound opportunities yourself.

You will be joining the world’s leading marketplace for connecting brands with flexible short-term retail space — think Airbnb for Retail. Your team will help brands find the perfect space to launch activations, pop-ups and events that drive real impact.

The platform dominates this space, having helped 2,000+ brands secure retail space across London, Paris and New York.

Demand is huge and the business operates from 100% inbound enquiries — zero cold calling. Your team will work with everyone from globally recognised brands such as Adidas, Chanel, Netflix and Spotify, through to exciting early-stage brands using physical retail space for the very first time.

About the role.

The business is experiencing significant growth and is now looking for a highly capable, high-energy and hands-on Sales Manager to lead the team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves coaching, leading from the front and still enjoys being actively involved in complex, high-value sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Managing a team of 4 Inbound Sales Consultants
  • Running daily team meetings and performance reviews
  • Delivering regular group and 1-1 training sessions
  • Providing hands-on sales coaching daily
  • Reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
  • Managing high-profile inbound opportunities whilst carrying an individual target
  • Driving repeat and increased bookings through consultative selling and relationship building
  • Supporting the wider team on complex and strategic deals

Who we are looking for

  • A proven Sales Manager with a track record of improving team performance
  • Someone who still loves selling and wants to remain hands-on
  • Experience thriving within a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • A leader comfortable operating in a business where the team can be closing deals daily
  • Knowledge, experience or a genuine interest in Fashion and Retail is highly advantageous
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-growing scale-up environment with a flat structure
  • A true team player who loves collaborating and building culture
