Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home

Location: Ammanford area, Carmarthenshire

Pay Rate: £21.00 – £22.50 per hour (dependent on experience), plus enhanced rates for unsociable hours, nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Hours: 36 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

• Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
• Lead and support the care team on shift
• Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance
• Support residents with complex nursing, physical disability, and long-term care needs

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
• Sponsorship not available

A nursing home providing permanent care for up to 30 residents, supporting older people, younger adults, and individuals with physical disabilities.
