What You Will Be Doing
Operating tractors and specialist machinery across a variety of sites including golf courses, football and rugby clubs, and agricultural land
Working with both trailed and 3-point linkage mounted equipment
Delivering high quality drainage solutions to clients
Liaising directly with customers and site staff, ensuring excellent service
Supporting on site tasks, including manual work where required
Travelling to client sites and staying away during busy periods (accommodation and subsistence provided)
What You Need
Proven experience as a skilled tractor driver, confident with a wide range of machinery
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work well within a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Full, clean driving licence with the ability to tow trailers
Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks
Desirable:
Experience with surveying equipment and laser levels
