Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Team Leader to join the Bristol depot. You will oversee safety systems, drive production efficiency, and ensure standards align with VMI/VOI/ATC instructions, reporting to Project Engineers as needed.
The role requires a Level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (Rail Traction & Rolling Stock preferred), plus rail vehicle maintenance knowledge and drawing interpretation skills. Management training is desirable.
