Sales Manager | London (Hybrid)
I’m supporting a fast-growing business operating within the mobility / electrification space as they look to hire a Head of Sales to lead and scale their UK sales function.
This role is ideal for somebody who has successfully managed and developed a high-performing inside sales or telephone-based sales team in a fast-paced environment.
The business is looking for someone who can:
• Lead, coach and develop an inside sales team
• Drive performance, accountability and sales culture
• Manage KPIs, pipeline reporting and conversion metrics
• Improve processes, CRM discipline and overall sales effectiveness
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and customer success
• Bring energy, structure and strong commercial leadership into a scaling environment
