Salary: Dependent on experience

Location: Bromley

Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week

Our client a growing and supportive law firm based in Bromley is looking for a newly qualified Leasehold Solicitor with a background in residential property (or a strong interest in it) to join their growing Leasehold Enfranchisement team.

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or experienced support professional ready to step into a fee-earning role and develop specialist expertise in lease extensions and enfranchisement work.

The role includes:

• Handling lease extensions, variations, consents and management enquiries
• Learning and progressing into statutory enfranchisement work
• Working closely with clients, agents and referrers
• Being part of a collaborative, well-established specialist team

The role would suit someone who:

• Has experience in residential property or conveyancing
• Is client-focused and keen to learn
• Enjoys working collaboratively and building relationships
• Wants to work with a firm that is growing
