Supply Chain Manager – Hospitality Sector

We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Supply Chain Manager to join a well-established multisite organisation within the hospitality sector, based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional to oversee and optimise supply chain operations across multiple locations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement, forecasting, inventory control, supplier relationships, and logistics operations to ensure seamless supply and operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple hospitality sites
- Oversee procurement, stock management, forecasting, and distribution processes to ensure operational continuity and cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers
- Use advanced Excel modelling and data analysis to forecast demand, monitor trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Analyse supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high operational standards
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, procurement, and site management teams
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximise value and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance across all sites
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager role within the hospitality, leisure, or multisite service sector
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain planning
- Advanced Excel modelling skills including forecasting, scenario analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and data interpretation
- Experience using ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent supplier management and commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multisite environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline desirable
