The Role
Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a commercially astute General Manager to lead all aspects of the hotel operation. Reporting to the Managing Director for Arora Hotels, this high‑profile leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional financial performance, driving sales and leading a high‑performing team with a passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within luxury hotels
- Track record of delivering business growth and achievement through a strong commercial approach.
- Natural leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, legal and brand compliance standards
- Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor portfolio and UK market
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
