Senior Talent Partner
Location: Hybrid x 2 days per week in a London Office
Chapter 2 is looking for a Senior Talent Partner with experience hiring White Collar roles within Construction to join our growing team, embedded within a leading multi‑discipline Construction company. We’re seeking someone passionate about the sector, collaborative by nature, and hands on in their approach. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to articulate strategy clearly, and drive talent acquisition efforts that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities and Contributions
- Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Construction roles.
- Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data‑driven outreach.
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
- Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout.
- Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
- Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
- Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience hiring construction roles.
- Deep knowledge of the Construction sector.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
