Chef de Partie – Cold Section – UK – London

We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie – Cold Section to join our kitchen teams across our Central London restaurants.

You’ll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, leading the cold section and ensuring every antipasto, insalata and fresh starter leaves the pass with precision and pride. This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, where organisation, consistency and energy drive the service. Oversee the cold section and preparation of antipasti, insalate and fresh starters Ensure recipes, presentation and quality standards are consistently respected Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth and efficient service Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety Bring positive leadership and a problem-solving mindset to every shift Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate A big smile and real passion for Italian food Previous experience as a Chef de Partie Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Experience in high-volume kitchens is a strong plus.
