Welder

We are currently seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator for container work based in Aberdeen. This is a temporary ongoing position offering a 40-hour working week, with an immediate start available. RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out repairs to offshore CCU’s and tanks Perform preventative maintenance tasks to improve safety and aesthetics of CCU Carry out visual inspection on all CCU’s · Perform cutting and heating tasks by use of oxygen and acetylene Good literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to work to a high standard or workmanship. Ability to learn new skills. Work to tight deadlines in a safe and accurate manner. Ability to work unsupervised in diligent and safe manner.
