Role Description

The Guest Relations role is responsible for overseeing daily guest relations operations to ensure every visitor enjoys exceptional service and a memorable beach club experience. This position manages guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently through the reservation system, while maintaining a seamless flow of operations.

Qualifications

· Fluent communication skills in English.

· Extensive experience in hospitality, with a strong background in managing guest relations, preferably in a vibrant party environment or beach club setting.

· Proven experience with reservation systems and sales processes.

· Excellent appearance, presenting a professional and welcoming image to guests.

· Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and diplomatic approach to dealing with guest issues or concerns.

· Must be willing to relocate to Bali for a minimum 2-year contract

· Previous experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Oversee daily guest relations operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience at the beach club.

· Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently using the reservation system.

· Welcome and engage with guests, establishing rapport and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

· Address and resolve any issues or complaints from guests, ensuring they are handled swiftly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and promote the club’s offerings to new and returning guests.

· Monitor guest feedback and provide regular reports to management to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

· Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the brand’s values and ensuring the guests have an outstanding experience.

· Assist with organizing special events, promotions, or parties, ensuring smooth execution and satisfaction for all attendees.

· Collaborate with various departments within the beach club, including operations, entertainment, and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
