Acting as a key technical resource, you will prepare technical descriptions for products and technologies while providing expert guidance throughout the sales and delivery process.You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and real-world impact. Your work will directly contribute to solving customer challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes every day.Responsibilities- Technical Support SpecialistProvide technical advice and commentary on enquiry specifications for customers, sales channels, and Sales EngineersSupport technical meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiationsPerform analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solutions for customer requirementsPropose technically and commercially viable solutions for complex enquiriesDeliver product and solution-related training to internal and external stakeholdersSupport managers with the preparation and validation of technical articles and documentationExperience & Qualifications – Technical Support SpecialistMinimum of 5 years’ experience within the Low Voltage Power Distribution industryStrong technical expertise in: Power Circuit Breakers (ACBs, MCCBs)Switchgear including Switch Disconnectors, Switch Fuses, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
