Assistant Director, People & Workforce Development

Tameside Council is seeking an ambitious HR leader to shape workforce development. As Assistant Director of People & Workforce Development, you will lead the development and delivery of a refreshed People Plan, strengthen capability and create an integrated people function to drive performance.

You will operate as a visible, collaborative leader, linking HR and OD to enable transformation across Greater Manchester and work with senior leaders and partners to deliver community-focused outcomes.
