HR Change Analyst – Global HR Transformation

Location: Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)

Contract: Initial 6 Months

Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)

No agency support required.

We are looking for multiple HR Change Analysts to support a major HR transformation programme, helping to deliver clear, structured, and colleague‑focused change across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone early in their change career who has already contributed to at least one significant HR transformation project or programme.

What you’ll do

  • Support change delivery across HR workstreams, ensuring activities are well‑planned and well‑executed
  • Prepare Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness materials
  • Develop and maintain communications, training content, and programme documentation
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and coordination across project teams
  • Contribute to go‑live preparation, hypercare activity, and transition into BAU

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in Change, Transformation, Communications, HR, or similar roles
  • Direct involvement in at least one major HR transformation project or programme
  • Familiarity with core change concepts such as impacts, stakeholders, training, and communications
  • Experience preparing materials, documentation, or reports for internal audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in structured delivery environments
