Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a background in Complex Homecare looking to join a growing provider where you can genuinely influence operational development and service quality? Compass Associates are proud to be working with a growing provider of Complex Homecare Services to recruit for a Registered Manager . The provider delivers community-based support packages across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Physical Health needs for both adults and children. Following a recent positive CQC inspection, the organisation is entering an exciting development phase under a newly appointed senior leadership team, with ambitions to further expand its service offering over the coming years. This position would suit an ambitious Registered Manager who enjoys working within a growing organisation where they can have real influence across operations, governance, systems improvement, and future service development.
This is a fully office-based role located in Mitcham, South London . Previous experience within Complex Homecare is essential Current or previous experience as a Registered Manager Strong understanding of CQC compliance, governance, and operational oversight Experience supporting individuals with Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities Additional Supported Living experience would be advantageous Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Complex Homecare services Ensure strong clinical governance and full CQC compliance Review and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures Support quality assurance, safeguarding, audits, and compliance activity Drive improvements across care management systems and operational processes 50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience~ Bonus scheme linked to CQC outcomes: £1,000 bonus for achieving ‘Good’, £2,000 bonus for achieving ‘Outstanding’~25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays~ Pension scheme and sick pay
