Take the lead with La Squadra as JUNIOR SOUS CHEF in Manchester For Circolo Popolare, our restaurant in Manchester (No 1, St Michael’s, 36 Jackson’s Row), we are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who will become the leader and Chef of tomorrow. Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience. You are the Chef’s right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well-organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives. Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on-time orders.
