Responsibilities as a Regional Manager:
- Lead and support managers across multiple care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with head office to implement policies, governance frameworks, and service strategies.
- Mentor and develop teams to deliver outstanding resident outcome
Requirements as a Regional Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years home management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Regional Support role
- Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care)
- Full UK Driving Licence
