Job Description:Provide high‑quality financial insight, challenge, and strategic support to academic and operational leaders. Lead and develop a team of three, ensuring strong performance and professional growth. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting processes. Produce clear, insightful analysis using Agresso, Power BI, and Excel. Support long‑term financial planning and scenario modelling. Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and business partnering capability. Work closely with the Head of Academic Finance on strategic initiatives and organisational priorities. Strong experience in management accounting or finance business partnering, ideally in a complex organisation. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly. Confident working with financial systems and data tools (Agresso experience highly desirable). A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team. You will be qualified CCAB or CIMA
