Apply for the Product Manager (AI-led Transformation)
Location: London
Job Description:

We’re hiring: AI Product Manager | £110–115k | London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a well‑established London‑based insurance business that’s investing seriously in AI, automation, and smarter ways of working across the organisation.

They’re hiring an AI Product Manager to lead a newly formed, cross‑functional capability focused on improving efficiency, decision‑making, and execution — ensuring AI is applied where it genuinely adds value, and avoided where it doesn’t.

This is a high‑visibility, foundational role. You’ll shape how ideas are assessed, prioritised, delivered, and adopted, working closely with senior leaders, an internal AI sponsor, and specialist external partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning end‑to‑end intake, prioritisation, and governance of AI and automation initiatives
  • Translating business problems into clear use cases and deciding the right solution approach
  • Ensuring initiatives are adopted and embedded, not just delivered
  • Setting goals, tracking outcomes, and holding teams to measurable results
  • Leading and coordinating a small cross‑functional hub model with scope to grow
  • Managing and directing external partners and dependencies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders — including knowing when to push back

What they’re looking for

  • A senior product or transformation leader — not a junior PM
  • Strong experience operating in complex, regulated environments
  • Proven ability to drive change, adoption, and behaviour shift at scale
  • Comfortable setting direction, making trade‑offs, and saying no when required
  • Experience working with consultancies or third‑party delivery partners
  • AI‑literate and commercially minded — understands what’s possible without needing to build it

Nice to have

  • Background in insurance, financial services, or similar enterprise settings
  • Exposure to automation, AI platforms, RPA, or process optimisation programmes
  • Experience working within Microsoft‑centric tech environments

If you’re motivated by building something from the ground up, cutting through noise, and turning AI ambition into real‑world impact, this is a rare opportunity to do exactly that. Get in touch to learn more.
