Senior Social Worker – Older Adults (Community & Ward)

The Older Adults Service at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is recruiting a Community Mental Health OT (Flow) for Stratford Upon Avon. The role involves working with older adults with mental health needs in community settings and, on occasion, Older Adult Wards, in a multi-disciplinary team.
