Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic and ambitious organisation.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Key Account Executive to support a busy sales team and manage customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with internal departments including Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Marketing, ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing and managing sales orders from start to finish
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers
- Supporting after-sales service and resolving customer issues
- Assisting with promotions and customer training alongside the Marketing team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales, sales support, or customer service role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bathroom or construction industry experience (desirable, not essential)
- Degree preferred but not essential
- Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
