Opening early this year, this vibrant, family-run pub serves fresh, locally sourced, inventive dishes—and it’s your talent that will help make it egg-straordinary! �� What You’ll Do:
- Support the Head Chef in running a busy, buzzing kitchen ��
- Help develop and deliver a seasonal, innovative menu that delights guests ��
- Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence ����
- Maintain top-notch standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control

- Proven professional kitchen experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Strong culinary skills, creativity, and eye for detail ��
