MASH – Social Worker
Pay rate in line with the pledge – £38.43 Umbrella / £30.50 PAYE

The team is based in a co-located unit at Cardiff Bay Police Station with partner agencies engaged in the Safeguarding agenda (2/3 days on site). Fast paced, office based, no case holding but with a constantly changing work load. The work involves timely risk assessment of contacts / referrals to the MASH and the early identification of those at risk including multi agency strategy discussions for decision making and safeguarding actions.
