Flame Health are currently recruiting for an independent eyewear brand based in London, for an experienced Operations & Wholesale Manager to take ownership of its end-to-end supply chain and global wholesale partnerships. This is a pivotal opportunity to join a purpose-driven team as they scale across retail, e-commerce, and international markets.
The Operations & Wholesale Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the brand’s entire operations framework while nurturing valuable wholesale partnership.

The ideal candidate
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and management, ideally within the eyewear or optical industry
- A strong understanding of wholesale management, supply chain, and product development
- A genuine passion for sustainability and ethical business practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, organised, and target-driven mindset
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive within a small, agile team
- Technical competence across relevant operational software and systems
