Lead Site Manager – Care Home Builds

LNT Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead care home projects across Essex. You will coordinate subcontractors and ensure that builds meet all regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Construction Management, proven experience in care home construction, and relevant certifications including SMSTS and First Aid.
