FX Client & Sales Technology – Senior Software Engineer (SVP)

The role involves hands‑on technical implementation of FX trading systems, working with teams across FX Technology to design, develop, and enhance system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams across FX Technology to implement solutions that benefit the business.
• Drive the design and development of system architecture, work with end‑users, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to defining and implementing best practices and processes for the department, ensuring transparency and consistency across teams.
• Work directly with trading and quant teams.
• Maintain documentation and policies for system deployments and filings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building new systems, replacing legacy systems, and renovating existing systems.
• Understanding of low‑latency development practices.
• Systems (software, hardware, networks) knowledge required to define solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Exceptional communicator, confident at all levels.
• Highly credible hands‑on engineer, able to deep dive into a product and codebase, offering detailed, constructive analysis and feedback.
• Awareness of industry trends and leveraging new technologies as appropriate.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering FX technology in support of a global FX business.
• Proven understanding of FX highly preferred.
• No budget responsibility.
