Supported Living Manager (Registered Manager) – Reading – £55,000 to £70,000

• You must have proven experience as a Registered Manager within complex care.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Salary £55,000 to £70,000
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Supported living and complex care setting
• Location: Reading
• On-call duties on a rota basis

What You’ll Need

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum 4 years’ management experience within care, ideally complex care
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a supported living or similar setting
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, audits, and compliance
• Confident leadership style with the ability to challenge and influence

What You’ll Do

• Oversee care planning and ensure safe, effective delivery across the service
• Manage risk, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance in line with CQC standards
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and lead internal audits
• Control and monitor service budgets and operational performance
• Lead, develop, and hold staff accountable for standards and outcomesContribute to business development and challenge senior stakeholders where required
