Role purpose

We value our senior engineers as product thinkers and technical leaders. You’ll help design and deliver scalable, secure software that powers our global financial wellbeing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Backend development using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Microservices, Azure, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, MassTransit
  • Front‑end development using Angular, Typescript, SCSS, WebAPIs
  • Testing frameworks such as NUnit and test‑driven development
  • SQL and MongoDB skills – tuning, optimisation, sharding, diagnostics
  • Collaboration with product managers, quality engineers, and others to design and deliver new functionality
  • Work in weekly sprints and full software development lifecycle
  • Active role in technology team direction for end users

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, and Python
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Typescript, Angular
  • Experience with SQL databases and MongoDB
  • Unit and integration testing expertise
  • Understanding of maintainable code, best practices
  • Debugging in Visual Studio or similar IDE
  • Desired: data security in applications, OWASP top 10 familiarity
  • Desired: CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud
  • Desired: Agile environment experience
