Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Role purpose
We value our senior engineers as product thinkers and technical leaders. You’ll help design and deliver scalable, secure software that powers our global financial wellbeing platform.
Responsibilities
- Backend development using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Microservices, Azure, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, MassTransit
- Front‑end development using Angular, Typescript, SCSS, WebAPIs
- Testing frameworks such as NUnit and test‑driven development
- SQL and MongoDB skills – tuning, optimisation, sharding, diagnostics
- Collaboration with product managers, quality engineers, and others to design and deliver new functionality
- Work in weekly sprints and full software development lifecycle
- Active role in technology team direction for end users
Skills and Experience
- Experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, and Python
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Typescript, Angular
- Experience with SQL databases and MongoDB
- Unit and integration testing expertise
- Understanding of maintainable code, best practices
- Debugging in Visual Studio or similar IDE
- Desired: data security in applications, OWASP top 10 familiarity
- Desired: CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud
- Desired: Agile environment experience
