The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected firm of solicitors in Barnsley. With a strong reputation across South Yorkshire and a loyal client base, this firm continues to grow its Commercial Property offering and is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer to join a forward-thinking practice that combines traditional client care with a modern and flexible working environment.
What you’ll be doing
You will manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments)
- Development work and site acquisitions
- Secured lending and refinancing transactions
- Advising a broad client base including SMEs, investors, and developers
- Supporting senior members of the team on larger, more complex matters
What they’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
