Compliance & Building Assets Officer (Hybrid)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a professional to manage compliance and support the inspection programs for local authority-owned buildings in Ebbw Vale. This 5-6 months contract role will involve overseeing statutory inspections, asbestos management, and ensuring safety and compliance in construction and maintenance activities.

The candidate should have an HNC/HND in Building Surveying and proven experience in statutory compliance. The position includes remote work flexibility with 3 days remote and 2 days at the office.
