Purpose of the job

The Capital Programme Delivery Manager is directly responsible for the development and delivery of the Parks Service’s capital programme ensuring this is managed on time and to budget and aligned to corporate expectations and processes.

The role is responsible for managing complex capital projects and programmes, providing leadership to project teams, managing stakeholder relations, and ensuring effective project delivery.
