Customer Service Specialist (Business Export)

The role is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire with hybrid working – one day a week in the office, flexible remote options, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Description

As a Business Specialist (Export), you’ll join our customer‑focused team, becoming the go‑to expert for our smaller independent generators. This role owns urgent inquiries and proactive account health checks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are resolved or solutions are found.
  • Proactively manage billing, metering, and settlement workloads to maintain account health.
  • Work rigorously to KPIs and team standards to ensure exceptional service levels and grow the company’s Trustpilot rating.
  • Provide high‑touch support and proactive technical task management for smaller independent generators.
  • Demonstrate a passion for Good Energy’s purpose in all client interactions and build strong internal and third‑party relationships.
  • Thrive working independently and collaboratively, delivering for our customers and taking full accountability for any problems they encounter.
