Proactive Credit Control: Ensure thorough saturation of the accounts receivable ledger to maximize collections and minimize overdue debt. Your proactive efforts will maintain the companys cash flow and financial stability. Focus on meeting key performance indicators, particularly those related to managing and reducing overdue debt. Your success in this area will be critical to the financial health of the organization. Investigation and Resolution of Unapplied Cash: Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your meticulous approach will ensure our ledger reflects the true financial position of the company. Month-End Activities and Reconciliations: Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are accurately balanced and discrepancies are promptly addressed. Your contributions will be essential for timely and accurate financial reporting. General Housekeeping of Accounts Receivable Ledger: Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all entries are current and accurate. Your attention to detail will support the efficiency and reliability of our financial operations. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will enhance our relationships with clients and ensure the smooth operation of our billing processes Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
