Lead Bioresources Technician – Sludge & Green Energy

Severn Trent is seeking a Senior Technician to lead a high‑performing team in the Shropshire area, focusing on sludge treatment, renewable energy generation and biosolids production. You’ll work with the Bioresources Operational Team to maximise green energy and ensure biosolids meet strict standards under industry schemes.

You’ll drive performance, coach staff, manage permits and safety, and collaborate across teams to improve asset health and regulatory compliance.
