Customer Experience Team Leader – 12 Month FTC

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Team Leader on a 12‑month fixed term contract to lead a Digi water specialists team in our Derby contact centre. You’ll inspire, coach and drive excellent customer experience across WhatsApp, Trust Pilot and social channels.

Based in Pride Park, Derby, with 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am–8pm, Sat-Sun 9am–5pm) and a competitive benefits package, you’ll empower your team, manage priorities and resolve escalations, while continually seeking improvements.
