About The Role

You’ll be a key member of our Growth pillar, responsible for ensuring our users can progress their financial health by avoiding unnecessary fees and charges when using financial services. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and reducing frictions in our key funnels, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to increase acquisition and engagement, and ensuring our product meets the evolving needs of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in product management, focusing on consumer product growth and optimization; background in leveraging data analytics and user insights for product development
  • Hands‑on collaboration: enjoy working closely with a cross‑functional team, including analysts, designers, marketers, and engineers
  • Decisive and focused: prioritize effectively, often saying “no” more than “yes” to maintain focus on high‑impact activities
  • Strong communication: skilled in aligning and communicating with stakeholders and leadership team
  • Strategic involvement: involve product squad in strategic planning and decision‑making processes
  • Problem ownership: own issues end‑to‑end and proactive in acquiring new knowledge to address challenges and drive progress
  • Energetic and motivational leadership: bring energy and drive to ensure product success, and foster a positive and productive environment
  • Growth and optimization focus: passionate about pushing product boundaries and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and optimization
